How It Works
Four phases: discover (align on goals), build (weekly demos from a senior team), launch and iterate (rapid feedback cycles), then either scale together or hand off to your newly hired engineering team.

Why I Built This
I've been on both sides - the founder who couldn't find good technical help, and the engineer who watched founders waste money on agencies that didn't understand their product. Dandelion Labs exists because I got tired of seeing both.
The name is intentional. Dandelions spread everywhere. They're resilient. They grow in cracks. That's what good startups do.
