What It Is
QuantaKrypto is an applied post-quantum cryptography practice. We help organizations become quantum-ready before Q-day, the moment a quantum computer can break the encryption that secures almost everything online today.
Most of the cryptography protecting your data, your money, and your communications rests on math that a large enough quantum computer will solve trivially. That day has no fixed deadline, but the stakes are higher than Y2K and the migration is a lot harder. QuantaKrypto exists to turn that uncertainty into something you can actually act on.
What We Do
Audits and certification - Post-quantum readiness audits in tiers, from a crypto-agility baseline to full enterprise engagements with board-level reporting. Led by a senior cryptographer, not a scanner.
Open-source tooling - Scanners, an MCP server for AI coding agents, and a conformance battery for the new NIST standards (ML-KEM and ML-DSA). Free and technical, the way tools like this should be.
Training - We teach engineering teams and leadership how post-quantum migration actually works, so the knowledge lives inside your organization instead of walking out the door with a consultant.
Research - We publish. Everything we learn on the audit floor feeds back into the tools, the training, and the writing.
The Book
I'm writing A Leader's Guide to Post-Quantum Migration, a practical guide for the people who have to make the call and fund the work, not just the cryptographers who implement it. Most PQC writing is either academic or vendor marketing. This is meant to be neither.
Why I Built This
Quantum risk is one of those problems everyone technical knows is coming and almost no one is actually preparing for. "Harvest now, decrypt later" means adversaries are already collecting encrypted data to break once the hardware catches up, so the clock started a while ago even though Q-day hasn't arrived.
I like problems with clear incentive structures and a long fuse that everyone is ignoring. This is exactly that. Someone has to make the migration legible to the people who sign off on it, and that's what QuantaKrypto is for.
